Multi-Day Programs
With DDI’s flexible services, you’re able to tailor an event to suit your needs and your budget. You can opt for one, two, or three day programs to use for presentations, workshops, consultations, to facilitate meetings, or to accommodate a specific agenda of your choosing.
The one-day program is typically used for workshops, such as a keynote address at an annual banquet or conference and a breakout session or secondary workshop.
For those looking for additional workshops, meetings, or consulting, the two-day program allows additional time for meetings with various organizations or one-on-one sessions following a prior-day workshop.
For statewide or regional conferences, Roger or Lanie are frequently asked to present a keynote or general session address the first day, then present one or two workshops the following day.
The three-day program can be utilized as a mini-assessment of a community or area followed by educational programs geared specifically to them. This is an option for a community that would like, but may not have the budget for, a full community assessment. In this case, DDI would perform a four-hour mini-assessment of the area, tailoring the following days’ workshops and subjects to the specific community. Following the second-day workshops, additional workshops and a roundtable discussion session can be facilitated, focusing on ideas, suggestions, and next steps.
Each of these programs can easily be customized to fit your needs or agenda and are excellent educational tools, providing insight and a wealth of information, opening the doors to discussion, planning, and action steps by stakeholders in the community.
