Becky has been Roger’s valued executive assistant since 2001. She especially enjoys interacting with ongoing and potential clients. She is always available to assist in determining which DDI program is the best fit − from one-day workshops to community branding plans. Becky is delighted by the many new friends she’s gained through DDI from Washington State to Sweden—and dozens of states and provinces in between.

Public Assembly Space Specialist
Lanie is a highly sought-after keynote speaker with both civic and arts experience. As the current Executive Director for Economic Development for the City of Everett, Lanie oversees all departments in an effort to revitalize, redevelop and advance the city’s economic viability. Lanie is also passionate about championing the arts, and is Executive Director of the Everett Performing Arts Center. |

Jane combines her background in research, writing, finance, marketing and communications with her passion for economic development and tourism. That diverse experience helps DDI make a real difference in communities as she compiles and refines the team’s best ideas. A native of Washington State, Jane enjoys traveling the world for business and pleasure. |

Writer - Researcher
Claire brings experience as marketing director for a large communications firm in Seattle and expertise creating and managing special events. She applies her excellent writing and editing skills at DDI to writing case histories and newsletters. In addition, she helps with research projects, including marketing assessments and investigation. |

TODD MAYFIELD
Environmental Graphics Specialist
Todd has a diverse and accomplished background in visual communications with education and experience in brand identities, signage, wayfinding, web design, print collateral, illustration and display advertising. Formerly senior designer for Media Five, Ltd. in Hawaii, Todd specializes in environment graphics and wayfinding. His talent and passion for excellence have earned him numerous design awards.
