Becky has been Roger's executive assistant since 2001. She especially enjoys interacting with on-going and potential clients. She is always available to assist in determining the best DDI program, from one-day workshops to Branding Plans. Becky is delighted that through DDI she has gained many new friends, from Washington State to Sweden—and dozens of states and provinces in between.

Project Manager, Research
With an education in communications and fine arts, and experience in product development, marketing and promotions, Kristin has a wide range of skills. She established her career at Microsoft, and grew in the field of project management working for an interior design firm. Her pragmatic approach combined with meticulous attention to detail helps DDI deliver creative and workable services. |

Prior to joining DDI, Greg ran his own award-winning design company, and has over 20 years of experience in corporate and agency design. His attention to detail, passion for classic and innovative design, and wealth of experience with all types of production, ensures that DDI’s creative work is unparalleled. |

Lead Writer, Editor
Jane combines her background in research, writing, finance, marketing and communications with her passion for economic development and tourism, to help DDI’s efforts make a real difference in communities. She is responsible for putting the brilliant ideas of the team down on paper. A native of Washington State, Jane enjoys traveling the world for business and pleasure. |

Public Assembly Space Specialist
Lanie is a highly sought-after keynote speaker. As the current Executive Director for Economic Development for the city of Everett, Lanie oversees all departments in an effort to revitalize, redevelop and advance the city’s economic viability.Additionally, Lanie continues her passion for championing the arts, as Executive Director of the Everett Performing Arts Center. |

CHRISTINE GOETZ
Director of Marketing
Christine brings to the DDI team an extensive background in marketing, communications, public relations and salesperations. She launched her career in the hospitality industry, followed by a progressive track record in a number of industry leading business-to-business corporations. Christine’s breadth and depth of expertise will help drive DDI’s marketing and business development efforts. She is also a Certified Meeting Professional with a passion for tourism and an affinity for creating opportunities that will deliver value to DDI and its clients. |

CLAIRE FRANK
Writer - Researcher
Claire brought her background as marketing director for a large communications firm in Seattle, as well as her expertise creating and managing special events, to DDI, where she also uses her excellent writing and editing skills. She helps with research projects as well, performing marketing assessments and investigating and writing case histories and newsletters. |

TODD MAYFIELD
Environmental Graphics Specialist
Todd’s education and experience in brand identities, signage, wayfinding, web design, print collateral, illustration and display advertising have given him a diverse and very accomplished background in visual communications. Formerly senior designer for Media Five, Ltd. in Hawaii, Todd specializes in environment graphics and wayfinding. His talent and passion for excellence have earned him numerous design awards. |
