For the best results, plan to have from six to ten people from your community attend. This gives you a "team" to carry the messages and program back to your community. Include the following:
• Downtown organizations (board members and/or staff)
• Elected officials
• City/Township staff (senior management, planning, parks & recreation)
• Economic Development professionals
• Tourism organizations/staff
• Chambers of Commerce
• Local retail, dining and attractions owners/operators
• Lodging facilities/management and staff
• Marketing professionals involved in the community
• Historical society members
• Garden clubs, Master Gardeners
• Planning commissions
Official DDI Boot Camps are limited to no more than 55 attendees - and no more than five to seven communities will be represented. This allows us to focus on the communities specifically, and attendees will head back home with things they can do today to make a difference tomorrow. This is the best program in North America for bringing various community organizations together to work towards common goals and a common purpose. |
